Months later than we initially expected, Google finally took the wraps off the next version of its Android operating system at an event on Wednesday in San Francisco. The barely changed Android 4.3 isn’t the giant leap we expected, but it is noteworthy, particularly for its performance improvements and new Restricted Profiles feature.

You’ve spent months stumbling through the miasma of rumors and leaked FCC documents, but we’ve reached the light at the end of the tunnel. The LG Nexus 5 is official and it’s listed in the Play Store. Pricing is exactly as previously leaked – $349 for the 16GB phone and $399 for 32GB. The phone comes in all black and the white/black panda-phone model. As for the specs, they are exactly as leaked, which is to say, killer.
Android Kit Kat to bring support for low-end phones and wearables

Last week we heard that Android 4.4 Kit Kat would bring a lot of support to the TV, and today’s leak suggests it’s going to be all about low-end phones and wearables. Interestingly enough, back in June it was rumored that the next version of Android would be able to support devices with 512MB RAM, so I guess this isn’t surprising. The move to support older and cheaper devices should help fragmentation, but the big question is will manufacturers take the time to offer software updates for those phones?
LG G-Flex launching next month

LG has officially unveiled the G Flex, an Android-powered smartphone with a flexible Plastic OLED screen. As previously rumored, the device is equipped with a 6-inch display and a 13-megapixel rear camera, but now that the phone is official, we know what else to expect from the G Flex when it launches next month.
OfficeSuite Pro includes a File Browser and integration with Cloud service leaders: Box, DropBox, Google Drive, SkyDrive and SugarSync to give users a multitude of options on how to manage files and attachments.
